Kids get sick at the worst times. We are here to help! Alaska Pediatric Night Clinic is here to take care of your child after your pediatrician's office is closed. We treat all children newborn through age 19. Kids may be seen for a wide range of common problems at Alaska Pediatric Night Clinic. Some common examples include allergies, asthma, breastfeeding problems, bronchitis, burns, cough/croup, colds, diaper rash, diarrhea, ear infections, eczema, fish hook removal, foreign body removal from the nose/ear/mouth/skin, flu, frostbite, ingrown nails, insect bites, minor injuries, newborn weight checks, pink eye, pregnancy testing, rashes, sore throats/strep, vomiting, thrush, urinary tract infections, viruses, warts, wheezing, wound cleaning and repair, and much more. Sports physicals are also available! For your routine well child care and vaccines please schedule a visit with your regular pediatrician.
The American Academy of Pediatrics states that all children should establish care with a primary pediatric provider, and schedule routine well visits to monitor growth and development. After we see your child we encourage you to follow up as directed with your primary pediatric provider. If your child needs a routine well child visit or vaccines, we encourage you to see your regular pediatric provider according to the American Academy of Pediatrics recommendations.
